Limited Production License

This is a Limited Production License that allow you to sell items made from Honeybear Lane patterns. The production is unlimited as long as all clothing made from the patterns is sewn in your own home without any type of commercial production. The contract prohibits any commercial or manufacturer large-scale production sewing or any outside help including employees or contractors.

When you purchase this listing you will be sent the forms within 24 hours to the email on the Paypal account, please make sure the email is accurate.

The license is not valid until the form is physically scanned and emailed or mailed.

Basic license details:

This is a lifetime license, does not require renewal.

Any minor changes to the dimensions of the item must be specified to the customer before the sale has taken place but doesn't need the approval of Honeybear Lane.

The production is unlimited as long as all items made from the patterns are sewn in your own home without any type of commercial production.

You must include the text for each item created using the pattern:

“This item was created using a Honeybear Lane pattern and is sold under a Limited Production License from Honeybear Lane.” Hyperlinks to the pattern or www.honeybearlane.com should be provided where applicable if you are an online retailer.

The sewing license is non-transferable and non-refundable. This license may not be sold, gifted, or in any other way be transferred to another person/business and refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
