Rag Puff Quilt Tutorial (Printable)
Learn to sew a puff quilt with a sewing machine! Traditionally these quilts have been sewn by hand, taking hours, days, and weeks to create something that you can now make in a matter of days!
This quilt is the ultra-simple version of the puff quilt, with no border, backing, or binding to worry about. One side has a rag (fringed) finish and the other side is finished.
This tutorial is very comprehensive, so even if you are a beginner, intermediate, or experienced sewer, you will be able to create a beautiful baby size puff quilt! 17 pages, 20 steps, full color pictures.
The tutorial makes a 42x27 puff quilt, which fits the top of a baby mattress, short about 10 inches in length. The pattern includes a page of calculations if you want to make a bigger size.
